BOCA does not - I guess you could get a feel for it by scanning Eremaea,
Birdpedia, Birdata, Birdlines, Birding-Aus etc, but I know there are birders
who never put their records online at all.
Would be an interesting project - I'm currently redeveloping the BOCA
website and if there is sufficient interest I guess I could add a facility
so that people can see what others have recorded and add in any new species
they have seen.
