Hi
I think BA/BOCA are drawing up a stance on invasive bird species, both native 
and introduced, the Bird Interest Group of NSW and ACT have/are providing 
comments for this.
Funny how 4 Canada Geese were quickly eliminated by the same department that 
did not have the funds to eliminate a breeding colony of Indian Rose-ringed 
Parakeets near Wollongong, 100 Km S of Sydney. Seems that agriculture comes a 
long way ahead of biodiversity.
