The OBC is having a membership drive and they have asked members to do
a bit of promotion - so here goes...
If you have ever travelled to se Asia, China, India etc. or ever plan
to then you should join the OBC. I did a couple of years ago and it's
great value for money with great journals/magazines. They fund a lot
of research and environmental work in the region and deserve our
support. It's based in the UK and costs only 15 pounds per year ($27
Aust) for a basic membership. A lot of our birds migrate to and from
the region and others will no doubt turn up here in time.
Obviously I get no kick backs from the OBC!
