Family friendly holiday in western NSW - RFI

I want to go to Round Hill. My wife wants to stay in nice accommodation,
perhaps with a heated pool.

We have a one month old and toddler, so she's winning this time.

Does anyone know of a nice farm stay or similar accommodation in western NSW
that would be appropriate? I'm hoping somewhere family friendly that is far
enough out to be in some different habitat and to give me a shot at some
inland species.

Any pointers greatly appreciated.
