Simon,

Which States and under which Legislation. This is important information, as birders, Australian and foreign, need to know where they can bird legally. Having had the experience of being nabbed for illegally entering a State Forest without a permit, in Malaysia, I would not like any fellow birder to have a similar experience in Australia.
