Little Kingfisher scientific name

The confusion probably arises because the Little Kingfisher bounces between two 
genera one of which is male (Ceyx and hence pusillus) and the other which is 
Female (Alcedo hence pusilla). Howard and Moore, Clements & HBW all treat it in 
the latter, so C&B must have more recent works putting it into Ceyx (it should 
be in the text?). HBW has a discussion on the two genera dealing with number of 
toes (either three or four) which is quite interesting.
