On the Birdata map, they appear to have been recorded at Bathurst. It
might be worth any birders travelling through towns such as
Wellington, Mudgee, Coolah and Dunedoo to stop and have a close look
at any Sparrows they see, in case there are any ETS lurking around. I
think the range of ETS might be a bit underestimated, as so many
birders turn a blind eye to sparrows, regarding them as "rubbish"
birds, and not worth a close look.
