Well, I'm assuming that the property would be suitable for something
other than herding cats. I'm not sure exactly what makes a property
particularly well-suited to raising cats...but it seems likely that
some other use could be found for it...My guess is that these folks
wanted that property and are claiming after-the-fact that it was only
purchased for the cats. All they really needed for the cats is an area
with could have been anywhere.
