Dee Why:
The HOUSE CROW was present at the playground today. Showed nicely in company of
two Austalian Ravens.
Long Reef:
Black-browed Albatross: 1 adult (melanophrys)
Great Cormorant: 2
TATTLER spec.: 3 on the rocks in the water (good habitat for Wandering Tattler)
Ruddy Turnstone: 6+ on the rocks in the water
STINT spec.: 11+ on the rocks in the water (looked scaly, I think they were
imm. Red-necked Stints)
Double-banded Plover: 8 on the rocks in the water
Silver Gull: many
Crested Tern: many
White-fronted Tern: 4
Has anybody else had better looks at the tattlers and the stints?
Cheers,
Nikolas
