Bird hide design/material list

Good afternoon,
I am seeking assistance with a project for my college course, which I would 
like to go ahead and propose to the local council and other relevant parties 
once I have a solid case.
The 'mock' project is building a new bird hide at one of my local parks. I am a 
bit stuck as I am architectually illiterate and would greatly benefit from a 
ready-made (and wheelchair accessible) design with material listing so I can 
get some quotes. Any assistance or other tips would be gratefully appreciated 
and acknowledged.
