Hi Martin,

The oval is in a park between the Eastern Freeway and Park Ave, Bulleen (Melway 
32 J12).  Incidentally my daughter Susie used also to work at DSE in Nicholson 
St.  You may remember her.

started getting Crested Pigeons in Richmond near the river only recently 
(within the last few years) but they are certainly expanding their range as 
I've also seen them down towards Yanakie Isthmus near Wilsons Promontory 
(almost 10 years ago). Whereabouts is the oval you saw 50 pigeons?? cheers,
