I have been using this site for some months now, and am very impressed
with it. They have just created an Australia base list, and this will be
updated as soon as the revision following Christidis & Boles (2008) is
produced by Birds Australia.
By way of introduction, I am a British birder recently moved to Brisbane
on a 3-year contract at UQ. I would be keen to hook up with any birders
in south-east Queensland.
