I'd like it to be a Painted Honeyeater, and the photos might look brown above, 
but through the binoculars it was greenish brown.  Does that change things?

Does anyone have any photos of juvenile Painted Honeyeaters I could look at?

Looks like a juv Painted Honeyeater to me. Bill shape and colour, tubby
bird, brown above, yellow edge to wing and tail, ....
