The one I use is Travacalm. The only time I had some side effects was on a
recent trip to Sydney where I took the pill just before the pelagic which
was then cancelled, and I felt a little weird all day (those who know me
will say this is nothing unusual!). So obviously you need to be on a boat to
feel relatively normal!
