G'day all,
I was lucky to get some ok shots of said Lewin's Rail too. He came
out with a big smile on his face after you left Peter!!!
When I get a chance, I'll prepare the images and send a few to you
all. They're digital of course but I need to upload to the PC and
touch-up a bit....
Be in touch soon...
Cheers,
Chris

Myself and Chris Tzaros had good views of the Lewin's Rail at about

I've put a photo of the Lewins Rail as my 'photo of the week' on my
website (which has sadly been neglected for the last month or so)

Thanks to Peter Shute for all the updates and directions. My first
sighting (and photo) of this species and well worth the wait! A
gorgeous little rail!
