Spent most of Saturday chasing this species. On Monday evening when driving
into Atherton one was sitting on the power line near the Barron River. Sorry
Bill! I hope you got it in Cairns.
Bower's Shrike-thrush, Little Shrike-thrush, Figbird, Black-faced Monarch and Wompoo Pigeon all nesting within metres of the board walk at the Curtain Fig. In fact the B-f Monarch is right beside but below the walkway.
