Hello all

I also feel that the Cove Road Painted Snipe may have moved on. As Jill mentioned, the water level has risen significantly (at least 200mm). I have not seen them on my last two visits on 21 & 26 November despite spending over an hour each visit checking every inch of shoreline with the scope and binoculars. That is not to say that they were not loafing somewhere behind some vegetation. There are a lot of alternative spots for them in the general area.
