The recent low pressure weather system with associated heavy rain and strong 
winds in northern NSW & SE Qld has come at a bad time for some Ospreys in the 
middle of their nesting cycle with at least two nest trees brought down in the 
Richmond Valley alone.

I would be interested to hear from other Osprey nest watchers who may have 
similar situations to report
