Dear birders -

My sons and I saw a Major Mitchell at Rouse Hill Regional Park (NW Sydney)
today.

It was on its own, and we only saw it once.

I've not seen any reports of these in the Sydney Basin.

Escapee or drought refugee?

Cheers

Gordon Cain
