Hi all,
I am planning a birding, mammal and cetacean trip from the UK this July/ August
with my family; much of the plan is completed and we are have arranged some
guiding in the Cairns area.
We are going to do Lamington alone and I would appreciate advise on where best
to stay. O'Reillys is a bit out of budget, being the four of us, but we know
there are some species in that area we would like to get.
If we stayed somewhere else ( not yet decided where and any ideas appreciated
) do you know if it is still possible to bird in the O'Reillys area? On our
wish list would be Alberts of course.
We are also going to be with friends in Sydney; I have been trying to locate
gen on the possibility of catching up with Superb Lyrebird; any help including
Sydney generally would be appreciated; internet data for this are seems a
little bit light compared with other areas.
