Hi Jon

Sadly those Currawongs will almost certainly be spreading an invasive environmental weed. Four types of asparagus fern are, from a quick look at Queensland websites, of concern.

If it's too hard to get rid of plants like these, the next best thing is to remove the flowers and berries to stop propagation.
