Hi Alan and all who are interested,

The information I have received from Capertee Valley Environment Group is as follows: Council has stopped the clock on the Heliport DA and the proponent has to supply further information to Lithgow Council. Council is still awaiting General Terms of Approval from the EPA.

I'll provide an update as soon as I know any further outcome. Thanks for asking.

cheers,

Carol

Greetings,
Has there been any decision on the application to fly tourists around the Valley? I received no replies from the Council manager, councillors or state politicians to my emails.
Regards,
Alan Gillanders
