For Mike (and others),

Approximately 6 White-throated Needletail Swifts flying low over Launceston, Tas mid afternoon before approaching rain.

Nice also to see some endemics in the suburbs of Launceston such as Tas Native Hen, Yellow Wattlebird, Yellow-throated Honeyeater and some endemic subspecies such as Grey Currawong, Grey Butcherbird, Silvereye, Aust Magpie, Golden Whistler, New Holland Honeyeater etc

Regards,

Chris Coleborn
