RFI Cape York

I visited Cape York with BOCA/Peregrine Bird Tours in November 2003.

While not as fast as flying, I found the journey on the "barge"
(Seaswift's MV Trinity Bay) from Cairns to Seisia via Horn and
Thursday Is. to be a pleasant way to travel, with terrific food
and great scenery.  The birding wasn't too bad, either.

It's worth noting that the prevailing wind when we were there was
from the south, so the return trip to Cairns would be considerably
lumpier.
