One joins BOCA (www.birdobservers.org.au). Some branches may make a small
charge to cover newsletter costs etc - if you tell me which branch is
appropriate for you then I can get you more details.

Does one join a branch/group or the whole organistation? I.e. does
joining BOCA make one a member of any branch or group one wants?
