Lorne Lake is a small wetland on the edge of the town of Drysdale through
Geelong on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria. It is drying out. This
morning there were numerous Freckled Duck (50-100) loafing on the banks of
the several islands in the middle of the lake. There were also a number of
snipe around the lake fringes.
