  Hi all,

Adding to the discussion about partially white or albino birds I have
seen a variety of species with these features. Around Wangaratta I
have seen Blackbirds with white in their plumage and a whitish Willie
Wagtail with the black areas a milk coffee colour. At Wodonga an
unusual sighting was a leucistic Pink-eared Duck. The bird was nearly
white except for the black areas where a pale fawn.

At Chiltern I have also seen a leucistic Pink-eared Duck. It was a
very pale fawn colour and I believe was seen in the area by other
  observers as well.
