Hi Graham,
Whereabouts is the neighbour (and you) located? The part of the country may affect who is likely to be familiar enough with the area to offer some useful suggestions.

G'day Birders,
I have just been sent a picture of an unknown bird by a neighbour. I have had a few guesses but none of them seem ...errr... aceptable.

If anyone would like a go please email me and I will forward it. The picture is not good quality, but I think it would be good enough for anyone familiar with the bird.

Cheers
Graham Turner
