Everyone,

Many species of parrot eat insects / grubs and I would imagine a small mouse would be the next step up. I can't imagine any 'good' aviculturist feeding their expensive Gang-gangs mice, and I can't imagine the bird catching and killing it itself, so my worry would be, what did the mouse die of.....eg Ratsac.
