Hi Evan

Grey Butcherbirds sure do predate on small birds and nestlings and were, I reckon, responsible for eliminating some of our small groups of Superb Fairy-wrens in recent years.

They have been increasing in numbers in our suburbia and extending their range into our foreshore for some time.

One of the factors must be people feeding them. Hope it wasn't your bacon!
