Grey Goshawk attacked by Wedge-tailed Eagles

On the quarterly BOCA outing to Pinkerton Forest (west of Melbourne) today
we observed a white Grey Goshawk (a new bird for our property list) being
attacked whilst flying by two Wedge-tailed Eagles. The Goshawk did not
appear to be coping terribly well with the attack, but the birds flew out of
sight before the battle was finished so we were unable to determine the
outcome.

Later in the day we saw a Black-shouldered Kite mobbing a pair of
Wedge-tails, which is more in keeping what I would expect - it's normally
the small birds that mob the big ones.
