Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone can provide info about the access to the Leanyer Sewage Ponds, and the Pine Creek Sewage Ponds in the Northern Territory.  I understand the Leanyer ponds at least require a key?  Does anyone have the contact number to arrange access, or perhaps advice where I should look for it?

Also, we don’t presently own a spotting scope, but were thinking as we’re off to the Top End, perhaps we should acquire one with plenty of time to practice using it. Probably a silly question, but do those that’ve been there reckon this is the thing to do? We’re excited but philosophical about the trip, we’ll see what we see, but is this likely to be substantially increased by a scope?  We’re up there from 7th to 24th June 2006.

Thanks

Sue
