Hi,
A check during high tide in the noon produced:-
1) 3 Red Knots - where one has orange flag at right
upper leg and metal ring at low left leg. - Wonder if
this is the same individual from the 2 birds I saw
last year 16-17 Oct 2004
2) 6 Little Terns - at least 3 with multiple
flags/rings on legs.
3) 4 Curlew Sanpipers, 6 Sharpie, > 30 Bar-tailed
Godwit. No Pacific Golden Plover, No Red-necked Stint.
All birds looked healthy and alert.
Regards,
Tun-Pin Ong
