Bee-eater mass-roosting?

When we say mass roosting, what sort of numbers are we talking here?
My resident bee-eater colony is probably around 20 (not seen roosting,
just hanging out in the area), but 20 individuals hardly seems like a
"mass". Several thousand waders roosting together is what the term
mass roosting inspires in my mind.

Any suggestions on what qualifies as a mass?

Regards,
Chris
