I a member of BOCA and have completed a book on the ecological history of
the Yarra in Melbourne, being published by Australian Scholarly Publishing.
The title is:
"STILL GLIDES THE STREAM: The Natural History of the Yarra from Heidelberg
to Yarra Bend".
The book includes much information on the history of the wetlands along the
Yarra and the records of several bird observers.
You are invited to the launch of the book at 12.00 on Sunday November 28.
Location: Yarra Bend Park (picnic area west of Loop Road, Melway 2D:E7)
