A SOSSA banding trip was run but unfortunately the target species of Wedge-tailed Shearwater, they came then disappeared without being interested in the chum, and Wandering Albatross which were very wary and only 3 were caught and banded. While one was being banded a call of Fleshy-foot turned out to be a White-chinned Petrel but Mike, who needed it for his Aus list, was busy holding a Wanderer. Inger took many shots on her new digital toy, some of which were very good.
Bit of a swell, fine and slight wind.
