Yes, Crested Pigeons both parents feed their young. I have raised several of
the Crested Pigeons and they have to be one of my favourite birds. I still
see my Crested Pigeons I raised and released and the older ones which I
raised 1 1/2 years ago they bring their two young (older)babies and my other
2 I raised last last December they fly around with my older tow and babies.
They are gorgeous birds. I have one in care at the moment who survived a bad
cat attack but his wing is broken, so I am supposed to have him euthanased.
Not many survive cat attacks, but I am using a completely different
antibiotic now and I have had a few survivers now. I have to make the
decision very soon about this bird.
Crested Pigeons sometimes breed all year round.
