Hi all.

On several nights over the last few weeks I have heard the distinctive calls of
Blue-winged Parrots flying over my house in Port Melbourne. Presumably these
are birds that have arrived on the mainland from Tasmania. I have also
observed them during winter along the Maribyrnong River near Sunshine feeding
in semi-native Plains Grassland. I am also listening intently for Swift
Parrots but so far have not heard any.

Daniel.
