Hi Birders,
Further to Carl Gospers note about Frigatebirds at Ballina and Lennox Head over the weekend associated with a Tropical Low of the NSW North Coast. My son, Tim Morris lives at Crescent Head, a coastal town in Kempsey Shire about 20 km S of South West Rocks and on Saturday 6/3/04 saw a Sooty Tern there, and on 7/3/04 had two Lesser Frigatebirds fly over his house at Crescent Head and another frigatebird was at Big Hill to the south. A possible Brown or Red-footed Booby was seen from the beach.
