Afternoon all

Just a request for anyone going for the Ash Island Buff-breasted Sandpiper over the weekend?please let me know (either directly or through Birding-Aus) if it?s still around. This is the commonest Australian wader that I haven?t yet seen and I?m tempted to go for it, although the earliest I can get to Newcastle from Melbourne would be late Tuesday next week.

All help appreciated and good birding.
