A Little Button-quail was flushed on 16/11 from rank grass of dry swampland near the Ourimbah Campus of Newcastle Uni.This is only the second sighting of a Little Button-quail on the Central Coast.

Other "good" birds seen on the campus on the 16/11 were a male regent Bowerbird (always a wonderful bird) and 2 Lathams Snipe.
