Sorry about the title - I hope nobody spilled coffee on their keyboard as you rushed to open the message ....

Following a thread from last week, there are historical records of Malleefowl not far from Geelong and Melbourne.

I stumbled across this Sustainability Case Study from the WA Dept of Premier & Cabinet. The site has a map of records across all states dating back to the 19th century. There is some great reading here, including info about the excellent work done by the Malleefowl Preservation Group. malleefowl/Malleefowl.htm
