Hi,

Apologies that this is a little off-topic, though it does concern birds to some extent.

Did anyone catch the 7:30 report the other night about Melbourne Zoo's proposals to restructure. Apparently, it may more or less see the demise of conservation science at the Zoo. The Zoo claims to be '21st century' but this would put it back in the late 1800s.

Does anyone have any more information on this?
