Hi there

I know your message is only alerting us to the info on various websites, but it doesn't do your cause ANY good at all to use an anonymous "MS" as the only identifier - especially coming from a Hotmail address.

The Birding-Aus community encourages people to use their correct names and identify themselves, whether the message is contentious, controversial or not. Perhaps most of the members know who MS is (I can't remember - apologies if we've communicated before) but we've been through the anonymous message issue far too many times in the past.

PS Of course, there is slim chance that you want to remain anonymous because you are (a) worried about recriminations - I notice the exxon guy sent a reply fairly quickly; or (b) you are an anonymous whistleblower working on the 'inside'. That's fine up to a point but I really don't want the list used to pass on info that shouldn't be publicised (legally, anyway - morally is a different issue altogether!) Anyway, the last doesn't apply because all your links are to public documents.
