Hi Tarmo,

Although I've never encountered one of these, I've just checked "The
Birds of New Guinea" by Bruce M Beehler and I would say that your bird
must be a species of Peltops, (Mountain or Lowland - apparently only
distinguishable by call?)

PS: If anyone´s interested, the link contains a folder "butterflys and
bugs". I´mn also trying to id these pictures. I´ve already got
information about the butterflys, but I would appreciate any help in
identifying the other pictures.
