Hi all,

I have a desperate need to get out of Melbourne for a few days and go
birding, four days in all. I am considering the Deniliquin area.
Planning from the map, which I know can be dangerous, I am thinking of a
night in Deniliquin, drive to Hay via Conargo and then back to
Deniliquin via the Cobb Hwy.

Can anyone tell me if there are any particular spots in this area that I
should head for? Or am I on the wrong road altogether? Where else should
I head in this area? I am looking for any inland birds, I have not been
this way for some 30 years.

thanks

Jen
