Hi All,

Whilst up at Hinze Dam on the Gold Coast here in Queensland on the weekend i took some shots of what i believe to be Large-billed Scrubwrens. I have posted pics on the Ozbirdpix yahoo group and would welcome confirmation that these birds are indeed Large-billed Scrubwrens. Also you will note that the bird has a small grey coloured (lump?) under its eye. Is it a tic? If so will the bird die? If it isn't a tic what is it? Thanks for your help.

Yours Sincerely
Mr Jade Welch
