Hi all,

on Sunday, as I gardened at home (Sydney 33° 47.230´ 151°
09.825´), I was joined by a couple of Pacific Bazas feeding in the
Blue Gums above me. They stayed so long that by the end of the
afternoon I thought that they had become trash birds.

They were joined, much closer to ground, by two White-browed
Scrubwrens and three Variegated Fairy-wrens, one in male breeding
plumage. Nice garden birds so close to the city. Another 23 species
seen or heard for the afternoon - a good house list.
