Hi folks
You know its winter when Red-capped Plover return to Rosebud beach (Morningto Peninsula, Vic.) I sighted 4 yesterday plus Pied Oystercatcher, Swans, Little Black Cormorant and Crested Tern.  I expect the Plovers  to remain until around Nov (Cup Weekend) when the hoards will return. Parks Vic have put a ban on the Beach Cleaner until I give the all clear.  Lets hope they breed this year.
