Thanks for your complete expose on Devilbend. I
should declare my interest as I am a member of the Community Reference Group.
The one cloud that has hung over all consultation is Melbourne Waters declared
position that their has to be a commercial return to fund water quality
improvements on the Mornington Peninsula.
